I struggled with a flexy install for the better part of two weeks (Finally had to get support out of Belgium because US support couldn't figure out the issue either) and three colleagues together struggled with getting routing/VPN configured on a cozy to hook up to the same server, even when they had the Flexy config.

I'm going to get on my soapbox here a little bit, but I need to vent. Either one of these could be getting throttled.ĮWon really kinda sucks in my experience.

The sheer amount of headaches I've had that I shouldn't have had is enough to make me swear off eWon forever. I'm about done with these units and next project I'm switching to another brand. I'm trying to find a way to contact eWon but they don't list any phone numbers or email addresses on their website for support. The response in RSLinx is normal, but as of right now it takes me 5 minutes to go online and over 10 minutes to commit an online edit. However, I am using version 32 of Studio 5000 now so I'm wondering if that's the issue. I had some earlier PLCs with that issue and forcing to TCP seemed to alleviate it. I did the TCP stuff because I read that Allen-Bradley processors need this setting or else it will be slow. Upgraded the eWon to the latest firmware from the website. I've done some reading about it and I've already made all the changes I know to make. The problem I'm having is that the connection is so slow it's unusable. I've set up the eWon and am connected via eCatcher.
